A vegetarian option of Corn Ribs with white miso and black lime is also available. This course is paired with a beautifully textured Russian River Valley Chardonnay from Chalk Hill.\nThe fourth course highlights a deeply flavorful Wagyu Beef Skewer with potato pave, cumin, pickled pepper, honey, and dill. A vegetarian alternative features a Carrot and Celery Root Skewer with shawarma spice and fermented pepper butter. Both are paired with the expressive GSM from Barossa Valley Estate.\nThe evening concludes with Pain Perdue served with tiramisu and Turkish coffee, paired with the bold and richly layered Earthquake Zinfandel from Michael David Winery.
