New Year’s Dinner at The Dean

Join us Tuesday, December 31 at 7 PM for an extraordinary New Year’s Eve celebration at The Dean, featuring a Five-Course Dinner with chef-curated dishes and exceptional wine pairings.

The first course begins with Ancho Grilled Beetroot layered with yogurt, lime, jalapeño, seeds, and brittle, paired with a bright and expressive Cinsault Rosé from Chateau Miraval’s “Studio.”

The second course offers Sweet and Sour Parsnips accented with blood orange, pancetta, and pepita, complemented by the vibrant and aromatic Loveblock Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough.

The third course, enjoy Skull Island Prawns with brioche and a brown butter garlic emulsion enhanced by black lime. A vegetarian option of Corn Ribs with white miso and black lime is also available. This course is paired with a beautifully textured Russian River Valley Chardonnay from Chalk Hill.

The fourth course highlights a deeply flavorful Wagyu Beef Skewer with potato pave, cumin, pickled pepper, honey, and dill. A vegetarian alternative features a Carrot and Celery Root Skewer with shawarma spice and fermented pepper butter. Both are paired with the expressive GSM from Barossa Valley Estate.

The evening concludes with Pain Perdue served with tiramisu and Turkish coffee, paired with the bold and richly layered Earthquake Zinfandel from Michael David Winery. Each course is thoughtfully paired to create a smooth, celebratory progression from start to finish. After dinner, join us on the rooftop at Reveille Rooftop Bar for a sparkling New Year’s Eve party and midnight countdown. Seating is limited.
